"Togetherness"
Humans were never meant to be just "workers". We're creative beings who thrive by helping each other. Shoho exists to restore that truth.
We started as Shohokari — meaning "The Helper." A simple platform connecting people who need help with those who can provide it. The seed of something bigger.
Selected as one of the top startups at Startup Istanbul — from over 90,000 applications across 140 countries. The world noticed what we were building.
Featured in major publications. Endorsed by industry leaders. Thousands of helpers joined. Real connections started happening.
COVID stopped the world. It stopped us too. But it gave us time to reflect — on what we were building, and why it mattered.
We returned with deeper clarity. Shohokari ("The Helper") became Shoho ("Togetherness"). The essence of what we always believed — humans helping humans — now ready for the world.
"We didn't just build a platform. We returned to a truth that humans have always known: we survive by being together."
— Liya, FounderIn ancient times, we had no claws. No sharp teeth. No armour. Yet we survived against wild animals, harsh climates, and every threat nature threw at us. How?
By banding together. By recognising one another. By helping each other through every problem. That's the strength of our species. Human connection — the bond between souls — is the bedrock of civilisation itself.
We are not solitary creatures. We are not meant to compete against each other. We are community builders. We are made of community. Throughout history, humans have been divided — but we always emerge together. United.
🔥 Human connection is not a nice-to-have.
It's how we survived. It's who we are.
With the industrial age came factories, corporations, and a new label: "worker." Suddenly, human beings were treated as resources to be managed. Cogs in a machine. Costs to be minimised.
Society began judging people by their salary. Their job title. Their degree. We look at each other as professions, not as human beings. We've been programmed to look up or down based on what someone earns.
Even if someone has countless skills and gifts, we only see what's on their CV. What experience they have working for someone else. Work became how we judge each other — and ourselves.
But this is not what makes a human being. A human is a unique, conscious, infinitely creative being — impossible to capture in a job title. You are not your profession. You never were.
"Worker" was just a temporary label — placed on human beings for a few hundred years during the industrial age. It was never our identity. It was never our truth.
Humans are conscious, creative, social beings. Community builders. Helpers. We are here to connect with each other, to lift each other up, to recognise the infinite potential in one another.
The nature of work is changing. And that's not a tragedy — it's a liberation. We're finally free to be what we always were: beings of unlimited creativity, connection, and compassion.
✨ We are here to break free from the "worker" mindset — and return to who we truly are.
Technology is changing everything. Soon, anyone can study anything and master any skill in record time. Degrees, titles, certifications — they're becoming meaningless.
And that's beautiful. Because it reveals what was always true: human beings cannot be limited to labels. You are not your degree. You are not your job history. You are a unique person with gifts that no algorithm can replicate.
In this new age, human creativity flourishes. Human connection becomes our superpower. The things that make us human — empathy, intuition, care, presence — these are what matter now.
Anyone can learn anything now. Your worth was never in a piece of paper.
Technology does tasks. Humans share presence, care, and understanding.
Strip away the titles, and what remains is your unique, creative, infinite self.
Shoho exists to show that we are one community — where if you need help, someone helps you. If someone needs help, you might go and help them. That's it. That's everything.
We've forgotten how to simply help each other. Shoho brings back what society took away — genuine human connection without exploitation.
The "worker" mindset limits us. We're here to help you see yourself — and others — through the right lens: as humans with infinite potential.
Humans are divided by society, but we always emerge together. Shoho is where we come together again — to help, to connect, to be human.
We see you as a person, not a profession. Every person on Shoho is a unique being with gifts to share — not a "resource" to be used.
Good deed, small token, or fair exchange — you decide what feels right. No algorithms deciding your worth. Just humans agreeing together.
The old world is changing. We're building what comes next — a world where humans are valued for who they are, not what they produce.
Shoho is more than a platform. It's a return to who we've always been — beings who help each other, who recognise each other, who survive and thrive together.
